Return and Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Important: Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will send you a return instructions on how to proceed. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

❌ Gift cards or sale items (final sale).
❌ Hygiene or personal care products (e.g., beauty items).
❌ Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you purchased and place a new order separately. Once we receive and approve your return, you can proceed with a new purchase.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 daysfor any reason, without justification. The item must still meet the same return conditions (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
