1. Order Processing & Shipping Time

  • All orders will be shipped within 10 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • During peak seasons (such as sales events or holidays), processing time may be extended by an additional 2-3 business days.

  • In general, international shipping may take 7-21 business days, but actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, flight delays, or local shipping conditions.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped, so you can track its progress!


2. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Threshold

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.
  • Please note: Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Order Tracking

4. Shipping Risks & Lost Packages

📌 Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct! If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
  • If a package is returned due to unclaimed delivery, the buyer will need to pay for reshipping.

📌 Lost & Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the notification, and we will assist in filing a claim with the courier.
  • We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party couriers but will do our best to assist you!

5. Customs & Import Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are determined by local government regulations. The buyer is responsible for these fees.
  • If the buyer refuses to pay import duties and the package is returned, we will deduct the shipping costs (both ways) before issuing any refunds.
