1. Order Processing & Shipping Time

- All orders will be shipped within 10 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- During peak seasons (such as sales events or holidays), processing time may be extended by an additional 2-3 business days.

4. Shipping Risks & Lost Packages
📌 Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct! If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
- If a package is returned due to unclaimed delivery, the buyer will need to pay for reshipping.
📌 Lost & Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the notification, and we will assist in filing a claim with the courier.
- We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party couriers but will do our best to assist you!
5. Customs & Import Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are determined by local government regulations. The buyer is responsible for these fees.
- If the buyer refuses to pay import duties and the package is returned, we will deduct the shipping costs (both ways) before issuing any refunds.
